General Terms and Conditions (GTC) § 1 Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental accommodation of the holiday apartment Ankerplatz Neumarkt and all related services provided by the host. § 2 Conclusion of Contract By making a booking, the guest submits a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the host. § 3 Rental Property and Use The apartment is rented exclusively for residential purposes and only for the number of guests stated in the booking. Subletting or use for other purposes, in particular parties or events, is not permitted. § 4 Arrival and Departure Arrival and departure take place at the agreed times. Access to the apartment is contact-free via key and/or access code. No cleaning or tidying up is required upon departure. Windows and doors must be closed when leaving. § 5 Prices, Payment and City Tax The prices agreed at the time of booking apply. All prices include statutory VAT, where applicable. In addition, the host charges a city tax amounting to 5 % of the overnight accommodation price. The city tax is collected by the host on behalf of and for the account of the City of Bremerhaven and is forwarded accordingly. Payment is made in accordance with the terms stated in the booking confirmation. § 6 Cancellation and No-Show Cancellation conditions are governed by the terms agreed at the time of booking or by the respective booking platform. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, no refund will be granted. § 7 Guest Obligations The guest undertakes to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage occurring during the stay must be reported immediately. The house rules form an integral part of this agreement. § 8 Liability The host is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for items brought into the apartment by the guest. § 9 Data Protection Personal data is processed solely in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR. Further details are provided in the privacy policy. § 10 Final Provisions Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply.
